account. Balance due upon check-in. Late arrivals and early departures will forfeit deposit unless cancellation or changes are made 14 days prior to arrival date. All deposit refunds will have a $20.00 service charge. Any change in reservation must be approved by the manager: there will be no refunds at the desk on stays shortened after arrival, and we are not always able to change your reservations or give credit.
